Refund policy

1. Overview

At Infinite Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality IT hardware, refurbished equipment, and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns and refund process in line with South African consumer protection standards.


2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software, licenses, or digital products
  • Custom-configured or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or power surges
  • Items returned without original packaging

4. Refurbished Products

  • All refurbished devices are tested and certified before sale
  • Minor cosmetic wear may be present (this does not qualify for return)
  • Warranty is provided as specified per product
  • Returns will only be accepted for functional defects, not cosmetic preference

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue
  • Technical assessment may be required before approval

6. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Collection & Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty
  • We can arrange courier collection (cost may apply)
  • Risk remains with the customer until goods are received and inspected

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Faulty products (subject to testing)

9. Warranty

  • All products carry a limited warranty as specified
  • Warranty excludes:
    • Physical damage
    • Liquid damage
    • Electrical surges
    • Unauthorized repairs

10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
  • If already dispatched, return process will apply
  • A handling/restocking fee may apply on cancellations
