4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
Payment must be made in full before dispatch
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice

5. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
In the event of stock shortages, customers will be notified and offered alternatives or refunds

6. Delivery

Nationwide delivery is available across South Africa
Delivery times are estimates and may vary
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery details

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

8. Warranty

Products carry a limited warranty as specified per item
Warranty excludes:
- Physical damage
- Power surges
- Liquid damage
- Unauthorized repairs

Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear and are sold accordingly.

9. Refurbished Equipment

Refurbished items are fully tested and functional
Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for return
Warranty is limited and specified per product

10. Limitation of Liability

Infinite Hub shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business interruption
Delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers
